General
The Sennheiser E 865 is a condenser microphone for vocals out of the renowned Evolution Series. During a gig, the microphone easily cuts through the music so that you will be clearly audible and every nuance can be heard. Despite its sensitivity you will not be bothered by feedback and environmental noise, thanks to the super-cardioid pickup pattern. This pickup pattern makes the E 865 specifically register vocals.
E 865: durable construction
The robust housing of the Sennheiser E 865 is made of metal, so that it can take a bit of a hit. The microphone capsule is contained in an advanced shockmount system, so that handling noise is reduced to a minimum. An integrated pop filter prevents popping and wind noises.
High-end sound
Sennheiser have combined the best properties of stage microphones with their own expertise in the area of acoustics in this high-end microphone. This has resulted in a detailed and natural sound reproduction and a superior transient response. With a frequency range from 40 to 20,000 Hz, every detail in your voice is perfectly registered.

Practige warme klank, vooral merkbaar bij vrouwelijke vocalen. Minder rondzingen door supercardioïde richtingskarakteristiek. Super degelijke, vertrouwde behuizing. Mooie aanbieding ook!
Mooie diepe klank maar mist wat hoog.
Heel mooie klank. Heel transparant maar veel warmer dan mijn oude shure bèta 87a. Ben er heel blij mee.

Ce micro doit avoir un défaut de fabrication, car il n’a pas de fréquence aiguë. À chaque utilisation je devais enlever complètement les basses et pousser les aiguës à maximum de l’équaliseur pour que la sonorité soit à peu près claire et intelligible. Ce n’est pas du tout normale comme réglage mais sans ça le son est trop trouble et voilé.
